5.13. Adventure Women UK reserves the unequivocal right to refuse attendance to participants who do not possess the essential and outlined equipment, including the appropriate kit and clothing, required for the scheduled activities.
5.14. Participants are hereby informed that in cases where attendance is refused due to a lack of appropriate kit or clothing, Adventure Women UK will not provide any refunds or compensation. It is the sole responsibility of participants to ensure they possess the requisite equipment to safely and satisfactorily participate in the scheduled activities.
