We work in partnership with Act Fast First Aid, an approved ITC First Centre, to deliver regulated qualifications that are Ofqual-recognised and meet the requirements of national governing bodies including Mountain Training UK, Paddle UK, and the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award.

Regulated First Aid Courses:
16hr Outdoor First Aid (2 days) – meets the requirements of Mountain Training UK, Paddle UK, and is suitable for DofE supervisors, assessors, and expedition leaders.
16hr Forest School First Aid (2 days) – designed specifically for forest school leaders and outdoor educators.
First Aid at Work (3 days / 18 hours
Regulated First Aid Courses:
16hr Outdoor First Aid (2 days) – meets the requirements of Mountain Training UK, Paddle UK, and is suitable for DofE supervisors, assessors, and expedition leaders.
16hr Forest School First Aid (2 days) – designed specifically for forest school leaders and outdoor educators.
First Aid at Work (3 days / 18 hours) – comprehensive workplace first aid training suitable for a variety of settings.
Emergency First Aid at Work (1 day / 6 hours) – ideal for smaller workplaces or to supplement existing provision.
Paediatric First Aid (2 days / 12 hours) – meets EYFS and Ofsted requirements for those caring for children.
Emergency Paediatric First Aid (1 day / 6 hours) – covers essential first aid for infants and children.
Sports First Aid (1 or 2 days depending on course type) – designed for coaches, instructors, and sports leaders.
Outdoor Awareness Courses:
1 Day First Aid for Walkers (6 hours) – covers common hiking injuries and emergencies.
1 Day First Aid for Paddlers (6 hours) – focused on first aid relevant to paddleboarding, kayaking, and canoeing.
