Erika - Founder / Hiking Leader / Paddlesport Leader / Head of Adventures
Erika enjoys all things outdoors whether it is Hiking, Kayaking, Paddle boarding or Climbing. Erika is passionate about creating adventures that empower women to explore, connect and grow in confidence.
Credentials: Hill & Moorland Leader, Lowland Leader and Paddle Sport Leader/ Instructor. Camping Leader. Advanced Outdoor First Aider & Instructor, Natural Mindfulness Guide, Navigation tutor (NNAS) and also a Personal Trainer. Paddle Sport Safety & Rescue qualified. Dofe Supervisor.
Search and Rescue Technician and volunteer Climbing wall instructor.
Hayley - Hiking Leader / Head of Snacks
Hayley is a qualified walking leader with a passion for hiking across the UK and beyond, including summitting Mount Kenya. She loves sharing her enthusiasm for the outdoors and brings great energy to every walk. When she's not hiking, you'll find her climbing - indoors or out!
Credentials: Hill & Moorland Leader, Lowland Leader and L3 Outdoor First Aider.
Jane - Hiking Leader
Jane loves nothing better than a long hike with big views, a comfy back pack and a lightweight tent. Walking makes everything better!
Credentials: Lowland Leader, DofE Supervisor and Assessor, Outdoor First Aider. Jane is also qualified in all types of movement and Sports Massage.
Cathy - Hiking Leader
Cathy has a passion for helping people reconnect with nature through hikes and immersive outdoor experiences. She regularly embarks on her own expeditions and wild camps in the UK's mountains often solo and also enjoys introducing others to the adventure, inspiring them to fall in love with both the hobby and the natural world around them.
Credentials: Lowland leader, DofE assessor and supervisor, Search and rescue technician.
Liz - Hiking Leader
Liz found her love of the outdoors in her early thirties and loves to spend time hiking, wild swimming, paddle boarding and generally appreciating nature.
She qualified as a Mountain Leader to allow her to share her passion with others, particularly women and young people. A long-term travel addict, she’s also taken this passion round the world- completing hikes in Patagonia, Peru, and on Kilimanjaro (to name a few!).

Georgia - Hiking Leader
Georgia is a lover of all things nature from birds and wildflowers to ancient woodlands and is rarely happier than when she is outdoors. With a soft spot for wildlife (especially baby animals!), she brings a genuine curiosity and enthusiasm to every adventure.
She takes every opportunity to explore the UK and Ireland, with hiking at the heart of it all. When she is not hiking, you will likely find Georgia bird watching, kayaking, climbing, or trying out a new outdoor challenge – always keen to learn more and spend as much time outside as possible.
